Job summary

Jobtailor in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Commercial Analytics professional to support and improve Asia Pacific commercial initiatives. You will enable data-driven, structured execution and coordinate market insight processes such as MCS, MKIS, LRPP, LRPD and segmentation.

Responsibilities include driving EDGE CRM adoption, improving sales tools and processes, and building data-driven performance tracking frameworks to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 5 years’ experience in MedTech or Pharma in commercial support, business intelligence or marketing.
• Ability to identify stakeholders, analyze expectations, and develop engagement strategies.
• Good understanding of healthcare commercial processes (Marketing & Sales).
• Strong data collection and analysis skills (Sales Analytics).
• (Agile) project management methodology, Change Management basics.
• Strong IT user knowledge (MS Office, PowerBI, SAP, CRM, Intranet).
• English fluent; additional Asian language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Commercial Excellence initiatives across the Asia Pacific region
• Acts as a key enabler of data-driven, structured commercial execution
• Responsible for coordinating processes for Market insight: MCS, MKIS, LRPP, LRPD and Market Segmentation
• Drives effective adoption and evolution of EDGE CRM as a commercial tool
• Contributes to continuous improvement of commercial processes and tools to support sales execution
• Develops and implements data-driven performance tracking frameworks
• Provides leadership with actionable insights for decision-making
• Keeps updated about the current version of the FME Policies that are relevant for your role
