Job summary

Amicorp Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Insights & Analytics for Client Data & Experience in Hong Kong (SAR). You will lead client data integration across CRM and platforms, build enterprise dashboards, and drive analytics from data governance to AI-enabled insights.

This role partners with marketing, sales and client service to turn data into growth, retention and improved client outcomes. The position requires 5–8 years in client services/data analytics, strong experience with

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in client service operations, CRM, digital communications or related areas.
Hands-on experience with the WhatsApp Business Platform (API) including template management and automation.
Experience setting up service operating models, such as routing and escalation processes.
Experience in financial services, banking, wealth management or another regulated industry preferred.
Coordinating teams across offices or leading a small analytics/ops team.

Responsibilities

Develop Market Opportunity Insight by sizing opportunities by client segment, service line and jurisdiction.
Define and own Amicorp’s client data strategy including data model, definitions and data flows.
Map and integrate CRM, Zoho-like tools and client platforms for a single client view.
Set up data matching and deduplication across systems.
Build dashboards showing the full client journey from marketing to retention.
Develop predictive models for attrition, cross-sell and lifetime value.
Lead client experience measurement through CEI, NPS, CSAT and related metrics.
Ensure data protection and compliance in line with GDPR/AML/KYC rules.
Lead a data-driven culture and collaborate across teams to maximize value.
