Job summary

Hilti Asia Pacific is seeking a Part-time Logistics & Operations Assistant in Hong Kong to support the Materials Management team with day-to-day operations and customer-facing logistics tasks.

You will respond to sales enquiries, check stock in SAP, coordinate updates, and prepare reports. The role suits students or individuals seeking practical experience in a global supply chain environment and requires Cantonese with basic English.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Cantonese speaking, basic English.
• Experience with SAP would be advantageous.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales enquiries and provide timely updates on product availability, delivery status, and related logistics information.
• Check stock availability in relevant systems (e.g. SAP) and communicate inventory status to internal stakeholders.
• Support the MM (Materials Management) team with daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on stock-related enquiries and resolve routine issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is updated in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing reports, data updates, and operational documentation as required.
• Support order tracking, availability communications, and other logistics-related activities.
• Provide general administrative support to the Logistics and MM team and assist with ad hoc assignments.
