Job summary

Ambition in Hong Kong seeks a logistics professional to support cross-border procurement, shipping coordination, and trade documentation. The role focuses on ensuring end-to-end operational efficiency across import/export activities and ERP-based record keeping.

You will manage LC payments, prepare purchase orders and contracts, and collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems are required, as well as fluency in English, Cantonese

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Business, Logistics, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years in shipping, logistics coordination, trade operations, or related functions.
• Experience handling L/C documentation is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions).
• Experience using ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage import and export documentation, including shipping documents, trade declarations, and banking documentation.
• Handle Letter of Credit (L/C) and documentary payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with trade requirements.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, sales contracts, and related commercial documents.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, customers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders on order processing and shipment arrangements.
• Monitor shipment status, follow up on payment schedules, and resolve operational issues proactively.
• Prepare regular operational and shipment reports for management review.
• Maintain accurate records and process documentation through ERP systems.
• Support daily operational activities and contribute to process efficiency improvements.
