Job summary

Shipco Transport Inc. is seeking an Export Operation Coordinator for the EMEA region, based in Hong Kong.

You will coordinate with origins, overseas agents and carriers to manage full sea freight shipments, including consolidation and LCL/FCL, while handling bookings, quotations and cargo planning to ensure on-time delivery. The role requires 2+ years in export sea freight, full consolidation documentation knowledge, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• F.5/HKDSE or above.
• 2 years or above relevant experience in export sea freight forwarder.
• Full set consolidation documentation knowledge.
• Good English, Cantonese, Mandarin, smart & self-motivated.
• Hardworking, responsible and great interest in working in shipping industry.
• Aggressive working on co-loader business.
• Immediate available is preferable.
