Job summary

The Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant – Intermediaries to provide essential administrative and operational support to licensing teams. You will help process license applications and prepare official correspondence while coordinating with internal stakeholders on batch work matters.

The role requires at least two years of relevant experience, strong English and Chinese skills, and solid PC proficiency including MS Office.

Qualifications

• Completed HKCEE / HKDSE.
• At least two years of relevant work experience in financial services or professional firms.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
