Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited is seeking an Assistant Officer to manage and administer a portfolio of client accounts in our corporate services team. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely service delivery to Hong Kong listed companies and supporting corporate actions and meeting logistics.

The ideal candidate will have a business-related university degree, some financial services experience, and strong English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree in business or a related discipline.
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer a portfolio of client accounts.
• Work with internal teams to provide services to Hong Kong listed companies.
• Perform day-to-day operations within the Corporate Services team.
• Prepare analysis reports and shareholder lists for listed clients.
• Coordinate meeting services for shareholder meetings, including registration and venue logistics.
• Calculate entitlements and prepare correspondences to clients and banks.
