Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Property Leasing Manager in Hong Kong. You will oversee the retail leasing function, supervise the leasing team, implement leasing plans and strategies, and maintain strong market sense and proactive leadership.

You should have 8+ years in property management and 4-6 years in retail leasing, with PMP Licence (Tier 1 or 2) and Property Management Practitioner Licence. Expect 16-18 days annual leave, discretionary bonus, and medical coverage.
