Job summary

Kowloon Development Company Limited, a member of the Polytec Group, is expanding its Hong Kong team and seeks an experienced Assistant Leasing Manager. You will manage leasing duties for Hong Kong retail and commercial projects, handle new lettings and renewals, and support pre-marketing activities and tenancy administration.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 6 years of experience, with strong negotiating, analytical, and communication skills, plus proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Survey/Property Management/Real Estate or related disciplines.
• 6 years of relevant experience in property leasing.
• Independent, proactive and analytical with market sense.
• Excellent time management, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Leasing Manager.

Responsibilities
