Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Property Management professional in Hong Kong to monitor daily operations, oversee admin tasks, and lead the Property Mgt Team. The role requires strong management and interpersonal skills with exposure to vendor liaison and contractor oversight.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in property management, and a PMP Tier 1 license is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes discretionary bonus and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience.
• 8 years+ of experience in property management.
• Holder of PMP License (Tier 1) preferable.
• Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence.

• Handle incidents and complaints in a logical and effective manner.
