Qualifications

• Proven experience in building trading systems or performance-critical financial technology.
• Strong proficiency in one or more of the following languages: C++, Python, Go, or Rust.
• Experience designing and building low-latency, high-throughput systems.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and ability to communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Build trading infrastructure from the ground up, owning architecture through production deployment.
• Develop low-latency, high-throughput systems focusing on latency, reliability, throughput and execution efficiency.
• Support Chinese market trading with infrastructure development across Chinese markets.
• Provide technical leadership: establish architecture, standards and development practices for production-grade systems.
• Remain hands-on: write production code and influence critical engineering decisions.
• Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to translate strategies into reliable tech.
• Drive platform scalability and resilience for multi-market expansion.
• Build and develop engineering capability to support firm growth.
