Gravitas Recruitment Group is seeking a senior Technical Lead for Ultra-Low Latency Trading and Exchange Connectivity in Hong Kong. You will lead hands-on development in C++ on Linux, optimize networked systems, and drive architecture for latency-sensitive trading infrastructure with high availability.

Hybrid HK work arrangement, close collaboration with traders, exchange partners, and global engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Strong C++ development experience (performance-oriented).
• Strong knowledge of low-latency Linux / distributed environments.
• Experience with Python for tooling/automation.
• Solid grasp of TCP/IP networking; FIX knowledge is a plus.
