Job summary

Flow Traders in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join our expanding team. You will help build and optimize our in-house trading platform, delivering ultra-low latency systems that handle vast data streams across global venues.

You will collaborate with Researchers, Quants, and Traders to design, implement and deploy scalable C++ solutions and tooling, ensuring reliability and performance while contributing to architecture and code quality in a fast-paced, open environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-graduation professional C++ software development experience (proprietary trading industry preferred).
• Ability to write clean, reliable, and highly scalable code.
• Experience with parallel, asynchronous, and multithreaded programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Core platform used across market data, pricing and strategies.
• Develop exchange connectivity and trading engines with low latency.
• Collaborate with Quants, Researchers, and Traders to refine requirements and iterate on design.
• Improve monitoring, observability and production readiness.
