Job summary

Omnichat is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end custom technical solutions and enterprise integrations. You will serve as the primary operational bridge connecting clients, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering.

Partner with Solutions Engineers to translate complex business requirements into precise technical scopes, own overall project orchestration, and ensure deployments are delivered on scope and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical/software project management in SaaS.
• 2+ years in client-facing technical consulting.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end custom solutions and enterprise integrations.
• Serve as primary bridge between clients, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers to translate business needs into technical scopes.
• Own project orchestration; manage cross-functional stakeholders and timelines.
• Onboard and manage third-party vendors.
• Drive vendor performance and enforce SLA compliance.
