Job summary

Omnichat is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end custom technical solutions and enterprise integrations. You will serve as the primary operational bridge connecting clients, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering.

Partner with Solutions Engineers to translate complex business requirements into precise technical scopes, own overall project orchestration, and ensure deployments are delivered on scope and on schedule.

Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end execution of custom technical solutions and enterprise integrations to drive client success.
• Serve as the primary operational bridge connecting clients, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Partner closely with Solutions Engineers (SEs) to translate complex business requirements into precise technical scopes and predictable timelines.
• Own overall project orchestration, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure custom deployments are delivered flawlessly, on scope, and on schedule.
• Lead the technical onboarding and operational management of third-party vendors.
• Drive vendor performance and enforce SLA compliance, holding them accountable for custom solutions and enterprise deployments.

Job Requirement

• 3+ years of technical/software project management experience and 2+ years of client-facing technical consulting in SaaS.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, JSON payloads, and basic database structures.
• Ability to read and interpret API documentation and data flow diagrams.
• Understanding of how custom middleware and integration acts as a bridge between core SaaS platforms and enterprise third-party systems (e.g. CRMs / Loyalty APIs)
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban or Waterfall frameworks.
• Proficient in project management platforms (Jira, Confluence, Asana) and technical diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io).
• Ability to navigate project boundaries and hold a firm line on out-of-scope client requests while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
• Skilled at converting complex technical constraints (e.g., API rate limits, async webhooks, payload structures) into clear, business-focused outcomes for non-technical stakeholders and executives.
• Ability to manage third-party vendors and lead contract terms negotiations, including SOWs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Ability to leverage AI and tools to streamline daily workflows, summarize technical documentation, draft project artifacts, and accelerate decision-making.
