Job summary

Hong Yip Service Company Limited – Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong Island is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (E&M) to manage and supervise the technical team, handle work orders, and ensure quality repairs for properties.

The role requires a degree in Building Services Engineering or related fields and at least 3 years' experience, with strong English and Chinese communication and a focus on safety and documentation. 5 days work week and fringe benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 3 years' relevant work experience in building services, repair & maintenance
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• In-Charge to manage and assign work orders to the technical team to carry out routine repair and maintenance work for properties
• Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide recommendations for improvement
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation
• Participate in the maintenance purchase and budget proposals within the approved budget
• Coordinate with all the relevant parties to ensure safety during the implementation of maintenance works
• Keep proper records of all documents including tendering and quotations
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Maintenance Engineer
