Job summary

Soundwill HR Management Limited is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance teams and supervise external contractors for commercial properties in Hong Kong. You will manage daily tasks, rosters, and respond to urgent incidents while enforcing safety regulations and quality controls.

The role requires 3–5 years in building maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory position, plus valid REW or trade licenses and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Certificate in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands‑on building maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role within commercial properties.
• Valid Registered Electrical Worker (REW) certificate or relevant trade licenses; Construction Industry Safety Card (Green Card)
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks, manage duty rosters, and supervise on-site technicians and maintenance staff.
• Supervise external contractors performing specialized repairs, fit-outs, or installations, ensuring quality control.
• Lead the team in handling urgent on-site incidents, such as power failures, Chiller/ MVAC/ VRV & fire breakdown or plumbing leaks.
• Enforce site safety rules, conduct safety talks, and ensure compliance with local occupational safety regulations.
• Inspect procured materials, check stock levels, and support the procurement process for spare parts.
