Job Requirements:

Holder of a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline (local, Mainland China, or overseas recognized equivalents);

At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience;

Familiar with current Hong Kong relevant legislation, with hands-on site-based property experience;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Fluent in Mandarin communication.
