Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is seeking a diligent Laundry Attendant to follow established procedures and ensure high cleanliness standards. You will inspect laundered items, fold and organize linen, and deliver them to hotel departments in a timely manner.

The role involves handling guest laundry with confidentiality and accuracy, assisting with stain treatment, and working flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Following established procedures.
• Inspect laundered items for cleanliness, stains, damages, and overall quality before distribution.
• Fold, stack, hang, and organize clean linen and uniforms according to departmental standards.
• Deliver and distribute clean linen and uniforms to designated hotel departments in a timely manner.
• Handle guest laundry and dry-cleaning requests with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Assist with stain treatment and identify items requiring special care.
