Qualifications

• University graduate in Business or Shipping and Logistics related disciplines.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in shipping and logistics.
• Strong communication, decision making and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and Power BI; bilingual English/Chinese advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce and analyze reports for cost analysis and exceptions monitoring.
• Communicate with regional offices on cost reduction initiatives and operational issues.
• Liaise with other functional units on process improvements and required actions.
• Support Landside Operations team on regional studies.
• Ensure cost data accuracy and integrity in in-house systems.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
