Job summary

OOCL is seeking an Assistant/Deputy Manager, Process & Analytics, Space & Traffic Management in Hong Kong to support process transformation and digitalization of space allocation, cargo flow and traffic operations.

You will steer IT-driven requirements, coordinate production support, and train users while developing reports and dashboards to monitor performance and guide decision-making. Strong English and Putonghua, plus 5+ years of traffic/ships experience, are required.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Business, Shipping & Logistics, Information System or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in shipping with hands-on traffic management or trade traffic experience.
• Good communication, analytical, decision making and problem solving skills.
• Self-initiative and sensitive to figures and details.
• Able to work independently and under pressure; possess business sense.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).
• Competent in Windows applications and hands-on experience in Spotfire / Tableau will be an advantage.
