Job summary

OOCL in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Landside Operations (Analysis) to produce and analyze cost reports, monitor exceptions, and support regional studies.

The role requires a university degree in Business or Shipping & Logistics, 3+ years in shipping/logistics, and strong English/Chinese communication; proficiency in MS Office and Power BI is essential.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Business or Shipping and Logistics related disciplines.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in shipping and logistics.
• Strong communication, decision making and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and Power BI; bilingual English/Chinese advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce and analyze reports for cost analysis and exceptions monitoring.

Requirements

University graduate in Business or Shipping and Logistics related disciplines

Min. 3 years' relevant working experience, preferably in shipping and logistics

Good communication, decision making and problem-solving and analytical skills

Able to work independently and under pressure

Proactive, result-driven and detail-oriented

Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage

Competent in using MS Office Applications, including Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI
