Job summary

Leadingnation is currently seeking a Relationship Management Support Officer in Hong Kong to provide assistance in client due diligence matters and support relationship managers in private banking. This role is open to both fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience.

The position offers great exposure in ARM, CDD, and KYC fields along with 15 days of annual leave, ensuring a solid work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
• Fresh graduate or candidates with relevant working experience in KYC/CDD field within banking/Financial Services sector.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting relationship managers with client onboarding and account maintenance processes.
• Preparing and managing client documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
• Maintaining accurate client records and updating relevant systems as needed.
• Addressing client inquiries and escalating issues to appropriate teams.
• Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
• Monitoring account activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the team.
