Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin essential) and proficient MS Office skills are required to ensure accurate, timely processing within private banking operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant KYC and client management experience within Private Banking.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin is essential).

Responsabilités

• Perform accurate KYC/CDD reviews and analyses for new client accounts.
• Prepare and submit due diligence packages for review by the AML Committee, Compliance, and Management.
• Maintain and update all KYC records and documentation.
