Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Associate for its Private Banking team. You will ensure new client accounts meet rigorous KYC/CDD standards, evaluate risk, and support onboarding in line with local and global regulations.

The role focuses on KYC execution, risk management, and maintaining high-quality due diligence documentation to support AML approvals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, or related discipline.
At least 2 years of KYC review and client relationship management experience in private banking.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese/English typing.

Responsibilities

KYC & CDD execution for new accounts in line with local regulations and bank policies.
Risk management: maintain awareness of regulatory and operational risks.
Prepare accurate KYC due diligence packages for AML committee approvals.
Documentation and record-keeping in the bank's core systems.
Ad-hoc compliance tasks and special projects as assigned.
