Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business development and sales.
Preference for candidates with North American brokerages experience.
Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with KOLs and industry experts.
Excellent networking and communication skills; able to establish credibility with KOLs.
English and Cantonese proficiency preferred.
Willing to travel or relocate.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage with influencers, industry experts, marketing representatives, and professional organizations to initiate marketing collaborations.
Collaborate with financial influencers and marketing reps to create investor-education content to attract audiences.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align channel marketing with business objectives.
Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for traffic and partnerships.
Achieve user growth through innovative resource use and traffic-driving initiatives.
