The role requires 2–5 years in KOL/influencer marketing or related partnerships, a strong network, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, business development, or partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and KOL ecosystem.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Identify and recruit KOLs across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of KOL talent aligned with brand positioning and target audience.
• Negotiate partnership terms, pricing, and deliverables with KOLs and their management teams.
• Develop and execute KOL campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI).
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Product, Sales) to align KOL activities with business goals.
• Manage contracts, invoices, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Stay up to date with KOL trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Build long-term relationships with KOLs to secure repeat collaborations and exclusive partnerships.
