Job summary

moomoo is seeking a Channel Development & Operations lead in Hong Kong to discover and expand online precision-traffic channels, owning KPIs like valid customers and acquisition cost to hit business targets.

You will nurture long-term partnerships, oversee go-live content, and drive data-informed decisions to optimize acquisition, content quality, and market insights for overseas markets.

Responsibilities

• Channel Development & Operations: Discover and expand online precision-traffic channels; own KPIs such as valid customers and acquisition cost to ensure targets are met.
• Relationship Management: Sustain long-term partnerships with existing channel partners through online and offline engagement.
• Product Communication: Oversee go-live content on assigned channels to convey the product’s value and brand voice.
• Commercial Value: Improve acquisition precision and optimize expansion strategy with data tools and high-quality partner content.
• Market Insight: Monitor overseas markets, gather industry dynamics and competitor intelligence, and provide timely insights for decisions.
