Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited is seeking a results-driven KOL Partnerships & Content Lead in Hong Kong. You will identify and secure long-term partnerships with financial KOLs, negotiate contracts, and co-create content showcasing investment philosophy and product use cases.

You will plan and optimize acquisition-focused campaigns, produce easy-to-understand investment content, and monitor trends across YouTube, Instagram, and forums. Strong Cantonese copywriting and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, PR, or related field
• 4+ years in KOL partnerships, digital marketing, or social content creation
• Active investor with stock trading experience; Futubull familiarity preferred
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent Cantonese copywriting with storytelling ability
• Languages: Cantonese, Mandarin, English

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and build long-term partnerships with investment/financial KOLs.
• Lead partnership negotiations, contract management, and co-create content communicating investment philosophy and brand values.
• Develop KOL partnership plans aligned with user acquisition targets and measure ROI.
• Create engaging investment content and short-form video scripts with editors/designers.
• Monitor media, forums, and social platforms for trends and audience insights.
• Plan and execute engagement campaigns to grow social communities and brand loyalty.
• Oversee brand and performance advertising within Google ecosystem; manage media buying and ad placements.
• Prepare content performance reports and handle localization and quality control.
• Collaborate with product team to explain features and usage; incorporate community feedback.
• Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with external stakeholders.
