HS Finance & Credit Co. Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a capable professional for a front-line coordination and supervisory role.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of 6-8 customer service, tele-sales and administrative staff, ensure efficient operations, and uphold service standards with strong leadership and analytical skills. The role requires solid English and Cantonese, a diploma or above, and 2+ years in customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above; degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service and operations.
• Experience from servicing industries.

Responsibilities

• Report to Manager
• Potential to lead and manage a team of 6-8 CS, Tele-sales & Administrative staffs
• To monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of the front-lineoperations and ensuring the quality of service to meet the service standard in terms of efficiency and courtesy
• Conduct meetings and briefings to front-line staff and reinforce the operation processes and uplift team performance
• Relentlessly analyze the business and proactively offer insight and recommendations to sales and executive leadership
• CRM data analysis, evaluation and statistical report
• Perform other ad hoc projects when assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above /Degree holder preferable but not must
• 2 years+ Customer Service & Operations experience
• Experience from servicing industries
• Excellent presentation, communication and customer servicing skills
• Strong leadership skills, with analytical and strategic mindset
• Good in English and Cantonese
• Working locations: Central/Admiralty/Mongkok
• Working hours : 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m (5 working days per week / Public Holidays)
