Responsibilities
Design and transform the corporate network.
Develop the network governance framework and define standards for on‑premises and multi‑cloud environments.
Enhance and optimize network performance and security to meet standards.
Co‑ordinate the inter‑networking with local and regional network support.
Liaise with vendors for project implementation.
Manage service team and act as top tier escalation point for BAU support.
Assist in the design and implementation of network architecture, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams or BU IT to gather requirements and develop network solutions that meet business needs.
Configure and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Conduct regular network audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement security measures.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging technologies in network architecture.
Assist in the development and documentation of network policies, procedures, and standards.
