Job summary

A technology consultancy firm in Hong Kong is looking for a Junior Network Support professional. The candidate will perform on-site technical support for corporate LAN/WAN and provide emergency support when critical problems arise. They should possess good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and networking technologies including Cisco and Huawei. A diploma in Computer Sciences or related fields is required, along with at least one year of IT support experience. The role includes 24x7 standby support duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Holder of CCNA is preferred.
• At least 1 year’s relevant experience in IT support or networking.
