• Responsible for maintaining and managing IT network infrastructure and operations.
• Implement and configure network devices, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption during project implementation.
• Work on network implementation for LAN/WAN and wireless projects.
• Update of system and network diagram.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues during and after migration.
• Provide technical guidance and skills transfer to internal teams as needed.

• Diploma of Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands‑on experience on LAN/WAN/Wireless/Firewall products, such as Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Aruba, Ruckus and Fortinet.
• Routing and Switching (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, QoS, ACL).
• Familiarity with diagramming tools such as Visio.
• Know‑how of observability implementations to infrastructure (opentelemetry, prometheus, elastic, w3c trace).
• Experienced in Cisco products.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
