Job summary

METRO Sourcing International Limited is seeking a Junior Merchandiser / Merchandiser Assistant to join our dynamic global merchandising team in Hong Kong. You will support end-to-end merchandising activities, assist with sourcing, product development, and supplier management to drive efficient supply chains.

You’ll collaborate across Packaging, QA, Logistics and external partners, keeping data accurate, resolving issues, and contributing to continuous improvement while growing your career in a

Qualifications

A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of merchandising experience – EU market experience is a plus
Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Fresh graduates are welcome and will be considered for Merchandiser Assistant role

Responsibilities

Dive into the full merchandising cycle – sourcing, product development, assortment preparation to offer and supplier management
Responsible for order fulfilment, prepare for buying trips, handle samples, and manage our showroom
Work directly with overseas suppliers and customers to keep operations running smoothly
Collaborate with internal teams like Packaging, Quality Assurance and Logistics, plus external service providers to ensure quality products and timely shipments
Keep our supply chain system updated with accurate order status and product info
Help resolve operational issues and customer enquiries
Participate in projects and continuous improvement activities

What You’ll Do:

Experience, knowledge and skills required:
