Qualifications
- 2+ years' merchandising / product development experience.
- Experience with OEM/ODM, trading or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially minded with good costing and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, curious and willing to take ownership.
- Interest in international markets, beauty trends and new product development.
- Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop international customer accounts.
- Work directly with customers on OEM/ODM beauty and personal care projects.
- Manage the full development process from concept, costing and sampling to production and shipment.
- Coordinate with customers, factories, suppliers and internal teams.
- Negotiate pricing and optimise product costs.
- Research international beauty and retail trends.
- Proactively recommend new products, trends and business opportunities to customers.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop more business.
- For senior candidates, independently manage key accounts and support junior team members.

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for talented people who want more than a traditional merchandising role - people who enjoy product development, international customers and building business.
Manage and develop international customer accounts
Work directly with customers on OEM/ODM beauty and personal care projects
Manage the full development process from concept, costing and sampling to production and shipment
Coordinate with customers, factories, suppliers and internal teams

2+ years' merchandising / product development experience
Beauty, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG or related consumer product experience preferred
OEM/ODM, trading or manufacturing experience is an advantage
