United Chinese Plastics Products Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a merchandising professional to coordinate overseas orders and samples, monitor production schedules, and report on status. The role requires good language skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Four core responsibilities include liaising with international customers, ensuring on-time orders, developing samples, and maintaining documentation. Cantonese, English and Mandarin proficiency is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.
• 1-2 years merchandising or trading work experience.
• Experience in handling USA and Europe markets is advantageous.
• Knowledge in home decoration items, silk floral or seasonal products is an advantage.
• Good communication, well-organized, self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PPT) and Outlook.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

• Follow up the whole merchandising process from product development until production

• Prepare product related documents and reports

• Communicate with or travel to China factories if required

• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:
