Job summary

Everbest Logistics Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an IT/ERP Support Specialist to manage day-to-day operations, user access, and Multiable M18 ERP system troubleshooting (V6.0 O2O).

This role coordinates monthly closing activities, provides end‑user IT support across local and remote offices, handles after‑hours on-call support, procurement documentation in Chinese, system health checks, backups, updates, and collaboration with external vendors.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Hands‑on experience or working knowledge with Multiable M18 ERP system (V6.0 O2O version).
• Strong written Chinese for procurement documentation; good English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) communication.
• Willingness to provide after-hours on-call support during monthly closings; familiarity with Windows, Active Directory, TCP/IP, VPN.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for day-to-day operations, user access, and troubleshooting of the Multiable M18 ERP system.
• Coordinate monthly closing periods with the Multiable Consultant outside regular office hours to prevent delays.
• Provide prompt IT support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripheral devices across local and remote offices.
• Stand by for essential after-office-hours on‑call support to ensure system availability and business continuity.
• Prepare formal internal requests and procurement documents in Chinese; document SOPs and liaise with external vendors.
• Perform system health checks, backups, software updates, and collaborate on IT documentation.
