Qualifikationen

• Higher Diploma or above in IT or related field.
• At least 1 year of IT-related experience.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist project manager in overseeing and managing project progress to meet time, budget, and quality goals.
• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets, monitor progress, and report to the project manager.
• Manage project documents and records for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth progress.
• Organize and attend meetings to report progress and resolve issues.
• Follow up IT project-related issues and monitor overall processes and status.
• Build customer loyalty and develop long-term client relationships.
• Maintain strong relationships within accounts to ensure high satisfaction and renewals.
