Job summary

IT Solutions Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking IT Project Management Assistants / Admin to support a major bank's data team. You will assist the project manager with planning, execution, and monitoring, coordinate activities, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure progress.

Fresh graduates are welcome. 1–3 years of project coordination or administrative experience is preferred; familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 1-3 years in project coordination or administrative work.
• Familiar with MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Willing to learn and can-do attitude.
• Experience in assisting with contract reviews, compliance checklists, or outsourcing reports (banking/financial industry experience is a plus).
• Fresh Grad are also welcome

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the project.
• Coordinate and oversee project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their understanding and involvement in project progress and requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report key milestones, issues, and risks.
• Assist in budget control and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within the designated budget and timeframe.
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing legal review summaries, regulatory compliance reports, and outsourcing risk assessments in accordance with bank standards and HKMA guidelines.
• Execute the administrative tasks.
