Promise (Hong Kong) Co., Limited is seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our team in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. You will coordinate and support technology initiatives to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high standards across applications, infrastructure, and processes.

The role requires 3+ years in IT project coordination, familiarity with IT security practices, and strong communication in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
At least 3 years of IT project coordination experience.
Experience managing IT projects is a must.
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Banking/Financial services experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Japanese preferred.
Familiarity with IT security standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate project activities across development, infrastructure, and business teams.
Present updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Prepare documentation for internal project approvals.
Ensure IT applications/infrastructure meet security standards.
Support security measures, audits, and risk assessments.
