Job summary

Global Executive Consultants Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator for a Semi-Government Body in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will monitor IT project progress, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain readiness trackers. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT and at least 3 years of relevant experience are required. The role demands strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with knowledge of Putonghua as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or systems and infrastructure management.
• Solid experience in managing and delivering IT projects in the aviation industry is preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and consolidate IT-related project progress against agreed plans.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and dashboards for management review.
• Assist in compiling documentation and readiness records to support takeover activities.
