Job summary

Dorsett Kai Tak in Hong Kong is seeking a Commis Chef to assist in preparation of ingredients and dishes according to menu specifications. You will cook and present dishes under the supervision of the Chef de Partie and ensure all plates meet the restaurant's quality standards.

The ideal candidate has previous commis chef experience or similar, knowledge of cooking techniques, strong organization, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
