Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes as per the menu specifications.
• Cook and present dishes in designated sections of the kitchen under the supervision of the Chef de Partie.
• Ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant's quality standards before serving.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Assist in managing stock levels and inventory, including ordering supplies when necessary.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
