Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking a Training Officer to empower our workforce in the client wealth management domain. You will design and deliver impactful training programs and uplift leadership competencies across distribution channels.

Working closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders, you will maintain the Trainer System, prepare management reports, and drive measurable improvements in productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Training, Education, or Business Administration.
• 2–3 years of training coordination or program development experience.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and creating training materials.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and delivering training programs to bolster manpower growth and leadership competencies.
• Support external training vendors and internal stakeholders in organizing training aligned with business needs for all channels and licensed staff.
• Maintain and enhance the Trainer System for the Agency Channel, supporting updates, events, and development.
• Prepare management reports and documentation to measure training program effectiveness and provide insights.

The Role

• Assist in designing and delivering training and development programs to bolster manpower growth and uplift agency productivity, professionalism, and leadership competencies.
• Support external training vendors and internal stakeholders in organizing training programs aligned with business needs for all distribution channels and licensed staff.
• Maintain and enhance the Trainer System for the Agency Channel, supporting system updates, training, events, and continuous development.
• Prepare management reports and documentation to measure training program effectiveness and provide actionable insights

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Training, Education, or Business Administration
• 2-3 years of experience in training coordination, program development, or a related role (experience in wealth management is an advantage)
• Proficient in creating digital and print promotional materials for training programs. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (experience conducting UAT is a plus).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
