Job summary

Robert Half Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Training Officer to design, deliver and drive excellence in training across the wealth management domain. You will develop impactful programs, coordinate external vendors and internal stakeholders, and maintain the Trainer System for ongoing development.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of training coordination experience, with strong communication and collaboration skills to build stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as HR, Training, Education, or Business Administration.
• 2-3 years of experience in training coordination, program development, or a related role (wealth management is a plus).
• Proficient in creating digital and print promotional materials for training programs; familiar with LMS; UAT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and delivering training and development programs to bolster manpower growth and uplift agency productivity, professionalism, and leadership competencies.
• Support external training vendors and internal stakeholders in organizing training programs aligned with business needs for all distribution channels and licensed staff.
• Maintain and enhance the Trainer System for the Agency Channel, supporting system updates, training, events, and continuous development.
• Prepare management reports and documentation to measure training program effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
