Job summary

IT Channel (Asia) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an IT support professional to deliver workplace IT services and technical support for offices.

You will manage incidents via ServiceNow, oversee endpoint devices with Intune, and support Azure Virtual Desktop and cloud-based workspaces.

The role involves collaborating with IT teams, handling deployments, and contributing to security and device lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in IT or related field (or equivalent).
• 2–4 years’ IT support or service desk experience.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and endpoint management.
• Exposure to AVD, AWS Workspaces, and cloud-based VDI environments.
• Understanding of security patching with Intune/Qualys.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Good communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for incidents and requests.
• Assist deployment and management of endpoint devices using Intune.
• Support AVD and AWS Workspaces environments; onboard users and troubleshoot.
• Participate in IT projects (Windows 11, Autopilot, software rollouts).
• Support meeting room setups and events; maintain asset inventory.
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge base.
