Job summary

Beehire Personnel Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to provide frontline IT support for end-users by phone or email. You will assist with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Outlook, SharePoint, and device management via Intune or MDM, and support iOS and Android devices.

Responsibilities include maintaining office PCs, mobile devices, meeting rooms, printing, Wi‑Fi, and related IT systems.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year IT support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows 10, 11 and Windows base applications.
• Knowledge and experience of O365 site, Teams, Outlook, Intune, network printing and iPhone / iPad / MacBook devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk and technical support for end-user via phone call or by email.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft software, including Office 365, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Maintain setup of office PC, Mobile, Meeting Room, Phone system, Printing services, WIFI & IT related system device.
• Provide mobile device support (iOS and Android) through the MDM platform.
