Job summary

Endeavour Search Ltd. seeks a Principal System Administrator to design, implement, and optimize enterprise Microsoft and cloud-based IT systems in Hong Kong.

You will lead Azure and hybrid cloud initiatives, manage Windows Server, AD, Exchange, and Office 365, and guide security and cost-efficiency across global IT assets. The role requires 5+ years of senior-level system administration experience, Azure (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) expertise, and relevant cloud certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms.
• Senior-level system administration experience.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365.
• Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and optionally AWS.
• Virtualized environments and networking concepts.
• Cloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS CSA, VMware).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

This senior-level role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). This is a newly created position reporting directly to the Head of IT, under the IT Network and Systems team.

Job Description

1. SystemAdministration

• Manage and maintain Microsoftinfrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365
• Provide expert-leveltroubleshooting and support for system and cloud environments

2. CloudManagement
