Job summary

Premier Technology Global Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Senior Systems Engineer to implement and support our clients' IT infrastructure, covering Windows platforms, AD/Exchange, networking, and cloud services.

Role requires strong troubleshooting, bilingual English and Cantonese, and teamwork across IT projects. We offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support and administration across Windows platforms.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Windows Server AD and Group Policy.
• Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing and firewall.
• Attention to detail, proactive, and strong troubleshooting.
• Self-starter with good communication in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and support of our client’s IT Infrastructure.
• Responsible for systems/technical support and administration on network, desktop/server hardware and software, and application systems.
• Provide Level 1 – 3 support for incidents and problem resolution.
• Interact with other team members and other teams to progress projects and incidents.
