Premier Technology Global Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Senior Systems Engineer to implement and support our clients' IT infrastructure, covering Windows platforms, AD/Exchange, networking, and cloud services.

Role requires strong troubleshooting, bilingual English and Cantonese, and teamwork across IT projects. We offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.

Formación

• Experience in technical support and administration across Windows platforms.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Windows Server AD and Group Policy.
• Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing and firewall.
• Attention to detail, proactive, and strong troubleshooting.
• Self-starter with good communication in English and Cantonese.

Responsabilidades

Responsible for systems/technical support and administration on network, desktop/server hardware and software, and application systems

Provide Level 1 – 3 support for incidents and problem resolution

Interact with other team members and other teams to progress projects and incidents

Specific Qualifications

Relevant experience in technical support and administration for All Windows platforms including Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Windows Server (Active Directory Administration / Group Policy), Microsoft Exchange Server, Azure, AWS, AI Software

Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching/Firewall

Self-starter who is confident, action and results orientated

Must be attentive to detail, proactive and have strong troubleshooting skills

Technical, analytical, interpersonal and organisation skills required

English and Cantonese language proficiency is essential for this role

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Systems Engineer
